ConnectScore is the chance of getting the good, modern system on a random flight, multiplied by whether it is free once you are onboard, so a small all-Starlink fleet can outrank a giant airline that is only part way through its rollout.

Fleet share is what matters. Being on the list is not the same as being likely on your flight.
Free for everyone onboard, no loyalty program and no purchase: airBaltic, JSX, ZIPAIR, Air France, WestJet, Hawaiian, Qatar Airways, Alaska, jetBlue, American, Delta, Emirates, British Airways. Others are free only for members or only on some cabins, and that scores lower: ConnectScore multiplies the fleet share by a free-for-you factor instead of treating a paywalled system as the same product.

United flies five systems, so it gets five rows: Starlink 481 aircraft at 30.5 points, Viasat 525 aircraft at 12.8 points, Panasonic 407 aircraft at 4.0 points, Thales FlytLIVE 35 aircraft at 0.9 points, no wifi 131 aircraft at 0.0 points. For United, yes: we hold a per-flight history and can give the odds for that flight number. For Alaska the tails are verified but there is no per-flight feed, so the best we can do is the sub-fleet. For every other airline all we have is the fleet-wide score, and we say so rather than inventing a number for one flight.
